Psychotherapy.net Trial Offers Streaming Videos on Counseling and Psychotherapy (through November 21)

From now through November 21, the Cheng Library is offering trial access to Psychotherapy.net's streaming video collection.

The database consists of over 200 titles consisting of over 300 hours of training videos - most of them demonstrations of psychotherapy and counseling sessions - featuring leading contributors to the fields of counseling, psychotherapy, psychology, and addiction.

The videos cover a wide range of modalities, populations and approaches. They are used to train a variety of mental health practitioners, from psychologists, counselors and social workers to nurses, addiction professionals and others. Each video is accompanied by a synchronized, searchable and downloadable transcript. The ability to make clips is also available, and most videos come with a downloadable instructor’s manual.

We invite you to try Psychotherapy.net during the trial period and let us know what you think. Please contact Richard Kearney (kearneyr@wpunj.edu or x 2165) if you have any questions or comments about Psychotherapy.net.
